Our local grocery stores can provide you with amazing food choices for you to eat healthfully. Buying fresh groceries and cooking for yourself can also be less expensive compared to regularly eating out (although eating out can be fun every once in a while). Make sure to always set aside money to buy food and plan to shop at a grocery store at least once a week. Ask your employer about the best way to get to the grocery store, which may include taking a bus or the trolley, walking (if a grocery store is close by), riding a bike or getting a ride from someone you know and trust.
