Deeds, Plans, and Condominium Documents

Looking for a Deed, Subdivision Plan, Condominium Documents, or Recorded Mortgage? You’ll find all of these and more in the York County Registry of Deeds!

*It may take a few days for these to appear in the online registry after they are recorded.

Real Estate Sales Data

When a property is transferred from one owner to the next, a Real Estate Transfer Tax Declaration (RETTD) is filed with Maine Revenue Services. Information about the transfer such as sale price, names of both buyer and seller, book and page of the recorded deed, and if there were any special circumstances can be found on this form. You will find the link to search these records in the Property Tax block. Click on RETTD Public Search.

FEMA Flood Map Search

The FEMA Flood Map Service Center (MSC) is the official public source for flood hazard information. Use the MSC to find your official flood map, access a range of other flood hazard products, and take advantage of tools for better understanding flood risk.*

*See the Code Office if you have additional questions and concerns about your property’s flood zone status.
