Please note due to COVID-19, the Old Orchard Beach Planning Board’s 2 April Site Walk and Workshop and the 9 April Regular Meeting and Public Hearing are cancelled.  We are reviewing our options, which include adherence to actions initiated by the Federal and State government, to determine how these meetings can be conducted.  Our intent is to reschedule all agenda items for the May meeting.  Our priority is ensuring the safety of our residents, applicants, board members, and staff while providing essential services with as little interruption as possible.  Also, because our meetings are open to the public and require the public to have an opportunity to comment, we feel a temporary delay is necessary to avoid the creation of barriers to public access.  We recognize this is an unprecedented time and circumstance and ask your patience and understanding as we all respond to this health crisis.  We will contact you as soon as a meeting is scheduled.  Thank you and please contact me with any questions.  Be safe.
