Request for Quote Recreation Department The Town of Old Orchard Beach is soliciting quotes to secure a qualified contractor to resurface and convert tennis courts into pickleball courts. Quotes must be submitted no later than 11:00 AM on Friday, June 17, 2022 by mail or hand delivered with a cover sheet clearly marked “Recreation Pickleball Court Conversion” and sent to: Town of Old Orchard Beach Attn: Diana Asanza, Town Manager 1 Portland Ave Old Orchard Beach, ME 04064 by 11:00 AM June 17, 2022. Each Proposal Shall Include: Proposal of Work- As described in section 1 Proposal Bid Form- Please complete the proposal bid form labeled Exhibit A.
