1.) Your requested rate of pay? (OOBRec will normally add 25% on top of you fee to get the advertised fee. Please keep that in mind when setting you instrctor fee); 2.) Number of class fee waivers you are willing to accept? (One 75% waiver, two 75% waiver, one 50%waiver, two 50% waiver, cannot except any waivers, I'll contact OOBRec);
